MODS Installation
Setting:
Educational Facility / Campus Walkways
Scope:
Design, fabrication, and installation of safety-compliant guard railings.
Custom-fabricated, powder-coated white steel guard rails. The design features a geometric rectangular pattern, specifically engineered for installation across the college's brick-pillared balconies and walkways.
Meeting legal safety standards with legacy infrastructure. The existing infrastructure required significant modifications to meet current Australian safety requirements. The project needed to address these legal hurdles while ensuring the new installations integrated seamlessly with the established architectural style of the campus.
Manufacturing and installation of a high-durability railing system. Every section was measured and fitted to ensure the final product met all specific height and safety regulations required for a high-traffic educational environment.
A fully compliant safety barrier system. The project resulted in a durable installation that provides a clean, updated aesthetic while ensuring long-term safety for the college.
Risk mitigation and facility compliance. By bringing the campus walkways up to current legal requirements, the installation mitigated safety risks for students and staff, providing the college with peace of mind regarding their duty of care and facility standards.
